home made icecream

2 quarts half and half
2 cups sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup vanilla (a little less if pure vanilla)
1 can evaporated milk

Combine ingredients with beaten eggs, pour into ice cream machine.
Eat immediately!
